EasiYo Fresh Yogurt Base Forest Fruits Flavoured 225g
Description
All the ingredients you need to make delicious yogurt at home. Because you make it fresh, there is no need for additives or preservatives.
Ingredients
Milk solids (60%) (emulsifier (soy lecithin)), sugar, natural flavour, live lactic cultures (L.bulgaricus, S.thermophilus, L.acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis), natural colours (beetroot red, anthocyanin).
Preparation Instructions
Fill EasiYo jar to halfway with drinking water (15-20°C), pour in pack contents, close lid and shake well. Add water until jar is filled to 5mm from the top and shake again. push red spacer into Yogurt Maker. Pour in boiling water (100°C) until spacer is covered, (approx. 1200mL). Put jar inside Maker, twist on lid, and let sit for 8-12hrs (up to 24 hrs). Once set, move jar to fridge to chill. Do not consumer if yogurt hasn't set.
Storage Instructions
Keep the pack unopened in a cool dry place (below 25°C). Refrigerate in tropical climates. Once made, yogurt will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
