Snap frozen and grown in New Zealand, Wattie's® Mixed Vegetables are a natural source of Vitamin A, fibre and folate. Wattie's® Mixed Veges includes locally-grown vegetables of carrots, peas, green beans and sweetcorn kernals. A natural source of vitamin A, fibre and folate, with no preservatives, these vegetables are perfect as a side dish or an addition to your recipe.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave Oven (800-1000W): Place 250g of frozen mixed vegetables in a microwaveproof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for a further 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Guideline only - cooking time will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. The vegetables should be piping hot. Stove top: Add frozen mixed vegetables to rapidly boiling water. Bring back to the boil again then simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Product must be cooked before use.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
